Directions: Turn nozzle to on. For general cleaning; spray soiled areas, wipe with cloth or paper towel. For heavily soiled areas, hoods and cooking surfaces, spray and allow to sit for 1 minute, then scrub or wipe clean, repeat if necessary, rinsing is prudent for surfaces in direct contact with food.
